Jewelry Appraisals:
Appraisals are an important part of the Insurance Process.
Gem Identification:
Gemologists have to be able to identify over 200+ different varieties of gemstones, as well as detect the list of gem treatments & synthetics.
Diamond Grading:
GIA created the 4Cs (Color, Clarity, Cut and Carat Weight) as a universal method for establishing the quality of any diamond, anywhere in the world

Schedule an Appraisal
Most insurance companies recommend that you have your jewelry appraisal reports updated every two or three years. Please keep in mind you will need to have items with large gemstones -- especially diamonds -- updated more often than an item with no gemstones at all.
How to Grade a Diamond?
The 4 C’s
Color: How colorless the diamond is.
Clarity: How clean the diamond is of inclusions and blemishes.
Cut: Quality of the angles, proportions, facets, and finishing details.
Carat: The weight of the diamond.
